Interior before new windows. The north window was covered in plywood and the top row of windows were also boarded over on the front windows.

Yes, this would make a nice dance studio, esp. with the large glass windows. The apt is renting for $796. I just signed a contract to find a tenant for the store space. The asking for the store space is $800 with normal commercial space considerations and adjustments.
